I'm an Enneagram 2 and INFP who loves tech, tools, and learning. My traditional career path took unexpected turns due to caregiving duties—but those "detours" became my greatest teachers about human resilience and adaptation.
My Indian name, Bird on the Ground, reminds me to honor the foresight and knowledge of my ancestors while staying grounded in present reality. Through my own experiences with abuse and trauma, I discovered how deeply our life experiences shape who we are in the workplace and the world. It made me acutely aware of the human side of change—especially in a world where technology is evolving at breakneck speed.
As someone who's rebuilt herself multiple times, honoring both ancestral wisdom and future possibilities, I know that transformation isn't just about strategy- it's about aligning systems with the people and processes that bring them to life.
